I develop rigorous theoretical and computational tools for optimal control of hybrid and non-smooth dynamical systems. My work connects mathematical analysis with reliable numerical methods, with a particular focus on budget-constrained epidemic control and applications in mathematical biology. I am also interested in extending these approaches to robust optimization under uncertainty and, in the longer term, to scientific machine learning.
Since September 2026, I have been a Temporary Teaching and Research Fellow (ATER) at Université de Toulouse. My work combines university teaching with research in optimal control, hybrid and non-smooth dynamical systems, and numerical optimisation.
